When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and city to process and deliver your order. If you create an account, we also store your phone number and a securely hashed password.
## How we use your information
Your information is used solely to process orders, provide delivery updates, and — if you opt in — send order-related WhatsApp messages. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
## Payments
For Cash on Delivery orders no card or wallet information is collected. Online payments are processed on the JazzCash or Easypaisa website; we never see or store your wallet PIN or card details.
