## How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, and enter your name, phone number and address. No account is needed.
## Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, all over Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
## How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 working days for local products. Imported items take longer; the delivery time is shown on each product page.
## How will I know my order is confirmed?
We call or WhatsApp you on the number you entered to confirm your order before dispatch.
## How can I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your phone number. Once your parcel is shipped you will also see the courier tracking number.
## Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
